Own and automate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and Kubernetes clusters for global clients using AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, and GitOps.
Mirko Solutions is an international IT company specializing in web and mobile development for clients in the US, Canada, EU, and Australia. We build custom digital solutions across e-commerce, healthcare, AI, logistics, and other technology-driven industries.
We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our technology team and take ownership of infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and cloud environments across our projects.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment environments;
Own CI/CD pipelines and improve development and release processes;
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools;
Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes;
Implement and maintain GitOps-based deployment workflows;
Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and system observability;
Improve infrastructure security, secrets management, access control, and vulnerability management;
Automate routine operational processes using Python, Bash, or Go;
Work with development teams to improve application performance, reliability, and deployment processes;
Participate in architecture discussions and help establish DevOps/Platform Engineering best practices;
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident resolution;
Optimize cloud infrastructure and resource usage;
Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that can improve engineering efficiency;
Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted development and automation tools where they bring practical value.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering;
Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP;
Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm;
Practical experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool;
Experience with GitOps and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux;
Strong understanding of CI/CD and experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar;
Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go;
Understanding of networking, IAM, security, and cloud infrastructure architecture;
Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring and observability solutions;
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience integrating security into development and deployment processes;
Experience working with production environments and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues;
Ability to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure-related tasks;
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Would Be a Plus:
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP certifications;
Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd;
Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization;
Experience with AIOps, MLOps, or infrastructure for AI/ML workloads;
Experience with security tools such as SAST, DAST, container and dependency scanning;
Experience with Ansible, Pulumi, Vault, or similar technologies;
Experience in building internal developer platforms and self-service tooling;
Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
