Middle/Senior Implementation Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager
Proven experience managing projects within FMCG or integration/product companies (mandatory), covering both implementation and BAU phases
Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
Being a fast learner with high presentation and communication skills
Hands-on background in managing fixed-price projects
Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts
Upper-Intermediate level of English to maintain communication with clients, teams
Proficiency in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholders
Nice-to-have skills
Understanding of FMCG industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)
Leading product implementation projects for different clients, organizing and coordinating implementation activities from project initiation through transition to BAU
Maintaining daily communication with the business and different departments
Shaping and managing the business expectations
Ensuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completion
Finding out milestones and solutions for the project’s growth
