Middle / Senior IT Recruiter

To grow and scale the WeMatch recruitment unit, we're looking for a Middle/Senior IT Recruiter – someone responsible, proactive, and eager to grow with us.

If digging deeper – into the vacancy itself and into how you communicate with candidates – matters to you, and Hiring Managers with high expectations are your natural habitat, we can definitely help you level up further.

What matters to us:

Hard skills:
– 3-4+ years of recruitment experience (IT/Marketing);
– Upper-Intermediate+ English;
– A track record of successfully closing Digital Marketing and Affiliate Marketing roles, more than once.

Soft skills:
– Sales mindset;
– Ownership of your own results;
– Strategic thinking as second nature;
– Strong negotiation skills.

What you'll be doing:
– Running the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, participating in interviews, sharing your assessment of candidates, and supporting them through the Job Offer stage;
– Communicating with clients and building genuine partnerships with them.
