Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
Understanding of UI animations, mobile product logic, and visual rhythms.
Basic sound design and audio synchronization skills.
Strong portfolio with real case studies/examples (mandatory).
Nice to have: Experience in web2app/mobile performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
Creating high-converting animated ad creatives.
Generating video concepts, storyboarding, and adapting video content for various formats.
Animating UI components, graphic elements, and typography.
Video editing and post-production (effects, subtitles, sound, logos).
Using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, etc.) to optimize and speed up content creation.
Collaborating with the marketing and design teams; analyzing creative performance to improve metrics.
