Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer
Summary
New Media Services is hiring a Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer (remote, Europe) to design web and mobile interfaces, collaborate with international clients, and maintain design systems. Core tools are Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Jira; 4+ years of experience and upper-intermediate English are required.
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
Participate in presales activities and support estimation processes.
Communicate with international clients during calls and design reviews.
Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
Maintain and iterate on design systems, components, and guidelines.
Analyze and improve user experience based on feedback and usability testing.
Requirements:
4+ years of UI/UX design experience in an IT company.
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
A portfolio showing design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and real outcomes, with reasoning behind design decisions.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken)
Tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Jira
Will be a plus:
Experience in SaaS environments.
Mentoring junior designers.
