Middle Software Engineer - Agentic & Business Automation Turkey
Summary
Zoolatech, together with a large enterprise client, seeks a mid-level engineer to design, build and operate human-supervised AI workflow agents and automations for business teams. Middle Software Engineer - Agentic & Business Automation
Together with our partner, a large enterprise client, we’re looking for a Middle Software Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI automations across the company’s business operations. Many internal processes still rely on manual, repetitive work spread across tools like Salesforce, Jira, Slack and Google Workspace. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to understand how they work today, then turn those processes into reliable, secure and scalable AI-driven workflows, with the right level of human oversight built in.
Responsibilities
Design and build AI-assisted, human-supervised workflow agents, LLM integrations and process automations for non-technical business teams
Build, debug and deploy workflows using orchestration and low-code platforms (n8n, Make) and enterprise LLM platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI)
Integrate workflows with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks and databases (Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira)
Implement error handling, fallback logic and guardrails so agents run safely and predictably in production
Own automations in production: monitoring, SLOs/SLIs and alerting, incident response, root-cause analysis and post-mortems, operational support
Keep an eye on cost efficiency, security and data privacy across LLM usage and integrations
Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, spot conflicts and explain technical trade-offs in plain language
Write clear process documentation, train end users on new tools and help drive adoption across business units
Requirements
Skills required:
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Make) or agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
Practical experience with enterprise LLM platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI or similar), including prompt engineering, API integration, tool calling and RAG
Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs, handling webhooks and managing authentication (OAuth, API keys)
Experience running services in production: logging, monitoring, alerting and incident handling
Ability to turn business requirements into technical specs and keep non-technical colleagues aligned
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Nice to have:
Experience automating processes in Salesforce, Jira or Google Workspace
Experience with multi-agent systems or agent evaluation and guardrail frameworks
Knowledge of LLM cost optimisation and usage monitoring
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and CI/CD
Experience training users or running enablement sessions for new internal tools
