The Job

YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
CODE LEAP is seeking ​an experienced Backend Engineer (.NET + Azure) who will ​help strengthen our backend development. The ideal engineer will bring their experiences, best practices, and a collaborative attitude to ​help drive agile culture initiatives. To be successful, one ​should effectively communicate with our development and operations team to orchestrate the creation or improvement of solutions that can scale. ​Our team aims for the sustainability!

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Develop scalable, maintainable software solutions using C# and .NET
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Implement monitoring and logging using tools like Sentry, or Azure Application Insights
• Ensure secure communication, authentication, and authorization across services following industry security standards
• Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and BA/PO through code reviews and knowledge-sharing
• Optimize code quality, performance, and reliability continuously
• Prepare and update technical documentation
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Your Skills and Experience

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

• 4+ years of experience in C# and .NET
• Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure with Container Registry; AKS; API management
• Familiar with Azure services such as FrontDoor, Private link, WAF, DNS & Private DNS zone, Managed Identity, VNet, Network security group, Defender for cloud
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, NoSQL)
• Proficient in unit testing and test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and development best practices
• Experience with architectures like Onion, DDD, Event-Driven, or Clean Architecture
• Familiar with leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to improve productivity and code quality
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
