middleware & platform support engineer (weekends, shift) #IKR
Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shift as and when required
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise middleware platforms that enable secure and reliable integration between applications, databases, and external systems.
- Application Integration
- Applying middleware technologies
- System administration
- Production support.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Middleware Administration, Integration, or Platform Support.
- Experience with middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, MQ, Kafka, MuleSoft, or TIBCO.
- Strong understanding of application integration, messaging systems, APIs, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Experience in deployment, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Python), and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills.
