That's why we're at the heart of delivering the hardware and software for devices that keep our customers entertained. From ID and UX/UI to product strategy and hardware engineering, we bring new devices like Sky Glass and NOW to life at top speed and support them throughout the lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Support the industrial design of world-class physical products from concept through to production.

  • Generate thoughtful, creative and well-resolved design concepts that balance user needs, business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Explore colour, material and finish opportunities that enhance product quality, usability and brand expression, whilst supporting the building and maintenance of the CMF library.

  • Create compelling visualisations, prototypes, presentations and design documentation to communicate ideas effectively.

  • Develop a strong understanding of product architecture, manufacturing processes and design for manufacture principles.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, packaging and product teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.

  • Participate in design reviews and critiques, helping to raise the quality and consistency of our product portfolio.

  • Support production sample reviews and work with suppliers to help ensure design intent is maintained through manufacture.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related design discipline.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent industrial design fundamentals and a sensitivity to colour, material and finish. Portfolio must be shared at point of application.

  • Hands-on experience developing products from concept through to production within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong visual communication skills, including sketching, rendering, model-making and presentation design.

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD, visualisation software and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • An understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and production constraints.

  • A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to contribute ideas and challenge constructively.

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, materials and sustainable design solutions.

  • A passion for creating simple, thoughtful and beautifully resolved product experiences.

It would be great if you also had

  • Experience working on CMF-focused projects.

  • Experience contributing to material libraries, trend research or material innovation programmes.

  • Experience designing consumer electronics or other high-volume manufactured products.

How you’ll work

We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week


Your office base
