Midway Game Operator

Specific Job Functions:

• Report to work at scheduled time and report to scheduled location.
• Receive Playcard from guest and deduct appropriate amounts from card to play their game, and award prizes as appropriate.
• Maintain proper security of prizes.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Operate games according to the rules of the Midway Games Manual.
• Stock and/or repair merchandise when assigned.
• Maintain proper grooming and dress standards.
• Clean game at the end of shift and assist with trash duty.
• Direct problems to the Supervisor.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.
• Other job related duties as requested.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• High School Education or Equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.
