Mig Welder

We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our Production Department. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out MIG welding work as per production requirements, maintaining weld quality, following safety standards, and supporting smooth fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on components as per job requirements and instructions.

• Set up and operate MIG welding machines safely and efficiently.

• Understand job cards, and welding instructions.

• Ensure proper weld strength, finish, and appearance.

• Inspect welded components for defects such as cracks, undercut, porosity, or improper weld size.

• Maintain daily production output as per assigned targets.

• Report machine issues, material problems, or welding defects to the supervisor.

• Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI Welder preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in MIG welding or fabrication work preferred.

• Good knowledge of MIG welding process and welding machine handling.

• Ability to perform welding on mild steel components.

• Ability to understand welding instructions.

• Knowledge of welding defects and basic quality checking.

• Must be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.

• Must follow workplace safety rules and use PPE properly.

• Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment.
