Migration Architect

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Migration Architect to lead large-scale infrastructure and platform migration projects. You will define end-to-end migration strategies, ensure business continuity, and drive successful execution across complex environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver end-to-end migration strategies across infrastructure and multi-platform environments
• Develop detailed migration runbooks, including cutover and rollback plans
• Lead migration execution while minimizing business disruption and downtime
• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical issues throughout the migration lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Ensure clear documentation and effective communication across all phases
  

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Proven hands-on experience across multi-platform environments
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing at least one large-scale infrastructure migration project
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Solid risk management and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage
