MILITARY PAY TECHNICIAN

- Determines, processes, and follows-up on a wide variety of complicated pay actions in one or more specialty areas (e.g., active, reserve, retired, and/or annuitant) which require carrying out numerous different and unrelated procedures. - Researches, audits, and makes pay adjustments involving a variety of complicated pay problems. - Manages, resolves, and processes a wide range of complicated debt collection cases. - Performs miscellaneous technical tasks in support of military pay actions. - Provides customer service.
