Concierge Home Care is looking for motivated transitioning service members to build careers in healthcare sales, business development, and relationship management.

No prior healthcare sales experience is required. No degree is required. We provide the training, coaching, mentorship, and healthcare industry knowledge you need to succeed.

Your military experience has already taught you how to plan, organize, communicate, build relationships, follow through, and perform consistently without someone standing over you. Those skills can translate directly into building and managing a successful sales territory.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll represent Concierge Home Care within your assigned territory and build relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

You'll:

• Map and prioritize healthcare and community accounts within your territory
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities
• Develop relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and facility staff
• Create and maintain a consistent weekly and monthly territory call plan
• Educate referral partners about Concierge Home Care's home health and mobile medical services
• Conduct in-services, presentations, and community outreach
• Identify new business and relationship-building opportunities
• Follow up on referrals and opportunities
• Track visits, contacts, referrals, and territory activity in the CRM
• Monitor territory performance and work toward monthly goals
• Attend networking and community events
• Partner with our clinical team to help patients access quality care at home

Clinical military experience is welcome, including backgrounds such as 68W, HM, or similar healthcare-related specialties, but is not required.

• Previous healthcare sales experience
• Home health experience
• An established referral network
• A sales degree
• Years of civilian sales experience

We'll teach you the healthcare and sales side.
