Mill Room Production Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Killbuck, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Production Operators to support rubber manufacturing operations in Killbuck, Ohio. Responsibilities include operating machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training is available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber mill room machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Mix, measure, and prepare rubber compounds according to production specifications
• Monitor materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with material handling and other manufacturing tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including bending and lifting
• Comfortable working in a warm, dusty manufacturing environment
• Basic reading, math, and measuring skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
