Milling Machine Operator with Blueprint Reading Skills

About the role

Do you have experience in machining parts and mastery in reading technical blueprints? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you! We are selecting a milling machine operator to join a major company in the bathroom equipment sector located in Castellar del Vallès.

What you'll do

• Detailed interpretation and reading of technical manufacturing blueprints.
• Preparation, programming, and setup of the milling machine (CNC and/or conventional) according to the part to be manufactured.
• Machining of metal parts, resins, or materials used in bathroom accessory components.
• Dimensional verification of parts using measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, gauges).
• Basic preventive maintenance of machinery and the workstation.
• Minimum previous experience of 1 to 2 years in the position of milling machine operator (CNC or conventional).
• Essential mastery of reading and interpreting technical blueprints.
• Accustomed to the use of verification and quality control tools.
• Residence in Castellar del Vallès or nearby towns (or own vehicle for commuting).
• Precise, autonomous person oriented toward detail.

What you'll get

• Salary: €11.65/hour gross.
• Working day: Full-time, Monday to Friday (shift according to production needs).
• Hiring: Temporary contracts with possibilities of continuity depending on workload.
