Milling Machine Setter

· Responsible of setting the machine to meet the First Article base on the customer print, tolerance, and dimensions.

· Responsible of assisting the Machine operator to meet their goals.

· Responsible to edit program to suit different machines will be preferred

· Operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) vertical mills Fanuc Controls , DMG controls would be a plus.

· Works closely with the Production Planner to meet the plan

· Work with the Engineers to achieve Continuous Improvement of parts to improve the cycle time.

· Align the goals with the Production Manager / Supervisor.
