Milling Programmer

About the role

We are looking for a person with extensive knowledge in milling machine programming (or boring machines / machining centers) of 3, 4 and 5 axes who wants to join the team in a stable manner of a renowned company from Vitoria-Gasteiz in the machining sector. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative and modern projects.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision aeronautical parts, in short series and single units: mainly HEIDENHAIN, but knowledge of Fagor and Fanuc is also valued.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings at a high level to guarantee accuracy.
• Perform the assembly, adjustment, and verification of tools and workpieces.

What we're looking for

• Solid knowledge in CNC programming and in the interpretation of technical drawings.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of quality standards and tolerances in the factory
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and attention to detail.
• Training in Machining and knowledge of measurement systems and quality control will be positively valued.
• Experience with boring machines and/or machining centers will be positively valued
