Millwork Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Millwork Production Engineer with a strong background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, and woodworking. This position is responsible for taking projects from initial design through engineering and final production drawings, ensuring designs are accurately translated into detailed, production-ready plans for our manufacturing team.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, drafting, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Inventor.
• Experience with Cabinet Vision and/or AlphaCAM
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Understanding of woodworking materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of cabinet shop operations, including machining, assembly, and installation.
• Ability to understand and communicate through plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
