Millwright

The employer is seeking hands-on technicians (preference given to millwrights) with experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing machinery within manufacturing and production environments.

Relevant industry experience can include FMCG, food production, packaging, processing plants, automotive manufacturing, heavy industry and other industrial sectors.

Requirements

• Red Seal Millwright qualification is mandatory
  
• Trade-tested qualification recognized in South Africa
  
• Additional technical certifications are considered an advantage
  

• 2 to 8 years of post-qualification experience as a Millwright or Electromechanical Maintenance Technician
  
• Experience performing preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment
  
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
  
• Experience in manufacturing, production, FMCG, food processing, packaging, automotive, heavy industry or similar environments is preferred
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  
• Motivated to build a long-term career
  
• Prepared to relocate if necessary
  
• Willing to work shifts when required
