Role Summary and Impact
The Media Manager will be the key driver of brand growth and engagement by developing and executing innovative media strategies across diverse channels. You will be responsible for ensuring that media plans are aligned with marketing strategies and are optimized to deliver maximum ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media, as well as the ability to maintain relationships with media vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies across various channels (digital, social, print, broadcast, etc.).
- Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Allocate and manage media budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI) while staying within the marketing budget.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and advertising agencies.
- Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed.

- Extensive experience working across the full Communications Planning process
- 3- 4 years of experience in planning across Display, Search and Social Campaigns and offline
- Proven client management experience, handling key stakeholders, presenting, and managing expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
- Remain up to date with market trends and understand the market and customer demographics.
- Previous QSR or similar category experience ideal
