MindSpace MindChamps education provider committed to delivering high-quality after school care and enrichment programmes that help students build confidence and achieve their academic potential. They are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of education centres while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business performance.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading teams, building strong relationships with parents and students, and creating a positive, high-performing learning environment.

Job Scope

  • Oversee the daily operations of education centres, ensuring smooth operations while achieving enrolment, student retention, conversion and customer service targets.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the Customer Service team to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students by handling enquiries, addressing concerns and resolving service-related matters promptly and professionally.
  • Manage student registrations, class scheduling, attendance records and general administrative functions.
  • Collaborate closely with the teaching team to ensure students receive a positive and seamless learning experience.
  • Monitor key operational and business performance indicators, drive enrolment growth and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and established service standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide support for company initiatives, events and projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education, retail, customer service or the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales, enrolment and customer service KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confident in handling parent communications, staff management and customer service escalations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using administrative systems.

Working Hours: 5 weekdays or 3 weekdays + 2 weekends
