You will drive operational excellence by developing effective processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring that production targets are met. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a safety-first culture while promoting teamwork and collaboration among various departments. You will also be accountable for budget management and performance analysis, enabling continuous improvement in all operational facets. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily mining operations to ensure safe and efficient production

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety practices, and environmental compliance
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational planning and resource management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in mining software and data analysis tools
