Job Responsibilities

Mini Program & Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mini programs and web-based applications.
• Develop and optimize business-oriented mini programs for customer ordering, membership, promotions, loyalty programs, and other digital services.
• Integrate mini programs with internal systems, databases, APIs, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and support.
• Work closely with business and operations teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, feature development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper version control and development standards.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor sales, customer behavior, marketing performance, inventory, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze customer and transaction data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and cost control.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators across different business channels and outlets.
• Automate regular reports and data-processing workflows where possible.
• Work with management and business teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, security, and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software development, mini program development, data analysis, or a related role.
• Experience in developing WeChat Mini Programs or similar mini-program platforms is preferred.
• Strong programming knowledge in relevant technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or priorities.
