At Acttiv, we are looking for a miniclub manager to take charge of entertainment for the little ones. Do you want to ensure that children's holidays are unforgettable? If you are a responsible person with leadership skills, keep reading, because this offer is for you.

As a miniclub manager at Acttiv, you will be the leader and protagonist of the activities. You will be both in charge of the children's entertainment team and on stage.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:
• Implementing the miniclub activity program and ensuring everything goes great: crafts, scavenger hunts, pool activities, balloon twisting…
• Reporting everything regarding miniclub activities to Acttiv
• Organizing the schedules of the children's entertainers (team of 5-10 children's entertainers) and keeping the miniclub in order
• Staying on top of the needs of your team's entertainers
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company
• Training and evaluating your team
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation

But it is not all organizational tasks. You will also have time to join in the activities: you will dance at the mini-disco and get on stage during the shows. Additionally, you will practice languages, as you will interact with guests from all over the world: you will welcome the children and explain the day's activities to the parents.

Of course, you will not be alone, as you will have the support of the animation manager and the area coordinator, who will guide and advise you to meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.

What we're looking for

You don't need to have the Paw Patrol dialogues or the Harry Potter movies memorized. To be part of our team, you only need:
• At least one season of previous experience as a miniclub leader or 3 seasons as a miniclub animator
• Excellent level of Spanish and English. We also value German and French
• Training valued (but not essential): studies related to tourist animation or teaching
• Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
• Availability: February – November 2027

Additionally, as a miniclub manager, you will have the following conditions:

• Accommodation: you may use the accommodation offered by the hotel or seek your own accommodation. If you decide to use it, €178.26 net per month will be deducted from your payroll to pay the expenses
• Meals included in the staff dining room
• Permanent seasonal contract of 40 hours per week,
• Working days distributed from Monday to Sunday according to the roster.
• Two days of rest per week, as established by current legislation.
