Ministry Support Coordinator

Role Overview & Scope

The primary purpose of the RCC Support Coordinator is to help provide support for Kids Ministry/social media. The RCC Support Coordinator will be responsible for helping on Sunday in CC Kids, campus setup and teardown.

Responsibilities & Tasks

People

• Receives direction and prioritization of projects from Campus Pastor
• Collaborate with Family Associate to ensure campus alignment of programming and curriculum for CC Kids.

Process

• Work with Campus Pastor to help implement campus specific needs for kids, students, events, outreaches and social media.
• Work alongside the RCC team in matters relating to congregational care and major and minor events and other duties that may be required in the service of a local campus
• Serve as representation of the family ministry.
• Serve alongside the RCC team for projects, events and gatherings
• Attend all meetings as specified by Campus Pastor

Systems

• Utilize the designated essential tools in Rock to document and track the spiritual journey of our students and volunteers
• Follow all established volunteer assimilation best practices and guidelines
• Complete all required dashboard reporting in a timely fashion
• Utilize Office 365 suite of products, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
