Hyundai Mobis Mexico is seeking an experienced MIP Manager to lead Materials Planning, Inventory Control, and Production Planning activities within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead materials planning and inventory management operations to support production requirements.
- Coordinate production planning and scheduling based on customer demand.
- Ensure material availability and proactively manage shortages and escalation activities.
- Oversee cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Monitor and improve Supply Chain and operational KPIs.
- Lead, develop, and coach operational teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Production Planning.
- Experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP or other ERP systems
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Supply Chain Management
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Inventory Control & Cycle Counting
- Capacity Planning
- KPI Management
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
