MIS Analyst (AI & Operations Support)
Description
Position Summary
Support the Operations Team in enhancing operational efficiency through AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and automation tools.
The role involves gathering business requirements, supporting the development and improvement of AI agents, analyzing operational data, and delivering MIS reports to improve user experience and business performance.
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement.
Support the development, testing, and enhancement of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
Design and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Analyse operational data and deliver insights that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations and Technology teams to ensure AI solutions and reporting tools meet business needs.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Four to eight years of experience in MIS, business analysis, data analytics, process improvement, or related functions.
Exposure to AI or Copilot implementation, chatbot development, workflow automation, or digital project initiatives.
Experience supporting Operations, Banking Operations, Shared Services, or Back-Office environments is highly desirable.
Strong interest in AI technologies, automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Proficiency in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and COUNTIF, along with data analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge of SQL is an advantage, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
