Job Description
Act as a senior reference for the MIS front, leading the evolution of governance, quality, validation, automation, and the delivery of data and indicators for the Customer Care directorate. The position will focus on ensuring reliable data, reducing manual activities, structuring robust validations, and transforming indicators into insights to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities

Structure data governance, indicators, and official sources for the MIS front.

Create and maintain a data dictionary and critical KPIs for the directorate.

Develop publication checklists and automated validation for indicators.

Create quality, consistency, and database reconciliation controls.

Evaluate and support the implementation of data and database validation tools.

Automate manual routines for extraction, processing, updating, and publishing information.

Support the construction, maintenance, and evolution of Power BI dashboards.

Work with databases in SQL, DW, Databricks, Fabric, and Azure.

Use Python for automation, validation, and data processing.

Version and document technical solutions using GitHub.

Support the standardization of dashboards, databases, and MIS processes.

Create operational insight routines, connecting indicators to causes, impacts, and recommendations.

Work cross-functionally with Planning and Budget, connecting operational data, capacity, and financial vision.

Support the reduction of rework, post-publication errors, and technical dependencies.

Be a technical reference and knowledge multiplier for the team.
Technical requirements
- Advanced experience in SQL and databases.
- Experience with Data Warehouse — DW.
- Knowledge of Databricks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Experience with Python for automation, processing, and data validation.
- Experience in Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard construction.
- Knowledge of Tableau Prep for database preparation and processing.
- Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Knowledge of GitHub for versioning and documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity, analysis, and automation.
- Knowledge or experience with data validation/data quality tools.
