Job Description: Financial Analyst -Reporting & Automation Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate financial reporting processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all financial reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and enhance accounting and reporting workflows.

• Support financial strategy by providing data-driven recommendations.

• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and automated templates to improve reporting quality. • Present financial insights and reports clearly to stakeholders across departments.

• Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and analytical rigor. Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. • Excellent Communication skills for presenting reports and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

• Expertise in Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, accuracy, and optimization of f inancial processes.

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting to create, analyze, and automate reports aligned with organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, and MIS reporting tools.

• Experience with automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, or VBA (preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA/MBA/M com with similar experience) are desirable.

• Experience in Reporting, MIS, Finance, or Automation roles.

• Experience in financial reporting or dashboard creation will be an advantage.
