- Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
- Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
- Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
- MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
- Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
- Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
- Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management
- 3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background
- Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to

- MS Power BI (Good to have)
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
