MIS-Business Analyst Engineer (Taipei / Hsinchu)

Job Description

1.Communicate with users to understand their system requirements.
2.Confirm system development requirements with CM customers.
3.Coordinate with the IT development team regarding system development specifications.
4.Communicate system development specifications and schedule progress with outsourced vendors.
5.Verify the quality of system development.
6.Support and assist users with system operation–related issues.

Professional Competencies

1.Familiar with ERP system operation processes.
2.Possess CM-related background knowledge and skills.
3.Proficient in ITIL-based service management.
4.Have basic knowledge of enterprise application databases.
