MIS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Defender.

• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, access control, and basic security policies.

• Provide support for Windows devices, peripherals, and common enterprise applications.

• Support virtualization platforms and routine patching or upgrade activities.

• Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues.

• Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for technical support, escalations, and service delivery.

• Perform basic Linux administration, user and permission management, service checks, and updates.

• Build simple automations and internal tools using MS Power Platform and Copilot Studio

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Windows OSs support.

• Fundamental networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.

• Basic understanding of virtualization and Linux systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, REST APIs, or Git.

• Exposure to AI tools, AI workflow automation, or agentic AI platforms.

• Interest in process improvement, automation, and emerging technologies.
