MIS Engineer

【Job Description】
We are seeking a skilled and proactive MIS Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, server environment, end-user systems, and cybersecurity framework. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT resources.

【Responsibilities】
Administration

• Production Server regular operation (e.g., Windows AD, Printer Server, File Server,

VMWare, Veem,…).

• Regular server patching, backup monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
• 維運公司生產環境伺服器。
• 進行伺服器定期修補、備份監控及災難復原作業。

Cybersecurity

• Administer firewalls, anti-virus, endpoint protection, email security and other

enterprise protection.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
• Routine social engineering and phishing test.
• 管理防火牆、防毒軟體、端點防護、電子郵件安全及其他企業資訊安全工具。
• 偵測並回應資安事件，進行事件根本原因分析。
• 定期執行社交工程與釣魚測試，提升資安意識。

Networking

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers,

firewalls, wireless access points).

• Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and optimize network performance.
• 配置、管理與排除網路設備問題（如交換器、路由器、防火牆、無線基地台）。
• 維持 LAN/WAN 網路穩定性並進行效能優化。

End-User and Office Support

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, network, and

enterprise systems.

• Office applications administration like Microsoft 365, e-Mail service and print

service.

• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other

peripherals.

• Conduct user onboarding/offboarding procedures, access rights management,

and IT asset tracking.

• Software/service tools survey and purchasing.
• 協助員工解決硬體、軟體、網路與企業系統使用問題。
• 管理 Microsoft 365、電子郵件與列印等辦公應用服務。
• 安裝與維護電腦、筆電、行動裝置及週邊設備。
• 負責員工入/離職 IT流程、帳號權限管理及資產追蹤。
• 協助軟體/服務工具的採購。

【Minimal Requirement】
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related technical fields, or equivalent
practical experience.

【Preferred Profile】
•Hands-on capability of server admin, cybersecurity and networking tools.
•Possess any one of Azure, AWS or GCP certificates is highly desired.
