MIS Executive and Analyst

An MIS Executive/Analyst at a scaffolding company who builds and runs a Google Workspace-based operating backbone: Google Sheets dashboards, Apps Script automations, AppSheet internal apps, and task-delegation systems, integrating them with WhatsApp, CRM and accounting tools via REST APIs.
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on MIS Executive who doesn't just make reports, but builds systems. You will own
our Google Workspace-based operating backbone FMS (Flow Management Systems), task delegation,
dashboards and automations and connect it to the other tools we use through APIs. If you enjoy turning a
messy manual process into a sheet that runs itself, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Google Sheets: design and maintain trackers, MIS reports and live dashboards for orders, dispatch, inventory,
billing, collections and sales leads.
- Apps Script automation: write and maintain scripts for auto-emails, WhatsApp alerts, scheduled reports,
triggers, form processing and data clean-up.
- FMS & workflows: map business processes (enquiry order dispatch return billing) and build
step-wise FMS with planned vs. actual timestamps, owners and delay tracking.
- Task delegation system: build and run a delegation & checklist system with reminders, follow-ups and weekly
performance scoring for each team member.
- Apps & tools: build simple internal apps (AppSheet / Apps Script web apps / Google Forms) for site teams,
stores and field staff.
- API integrations: connect Google Sheets with WhatsApp Business API, email, CRM, accounting/GST tools
and other third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks and JSON.
- Use AI tools and prompting smartly to speed up scripting, analysis and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, access control and backups; document every system so others can use it.
- Train staff on new systems and support them in day-to-day usage.
