Mis Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive to join our E-commerce Business Team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and analysing key business reports and dashboards that help drive strategic and operational decisions. You will act as a bridge between data and business teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for LA Category
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause for any unexpected variances.
• Create dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
• Analyse business data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide customized reports and insights.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Assist in annual planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Support management in decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and business performance summaries.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of large data sets across multiple sources.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying for report generation.
• Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications.
• 3+ yrs of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel certification or MIS/data analysis course is a plus.
• Prior experience in an ecommerce or retail company preferred.
