MIS Executive

Position Title: MIS Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Up to 8,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established company in the construction and metal fabrication industry, delivering projects across commercial and residential sectors. Job Description: - Support senior management by driving key operational initiatives and coordinating across departments. - Prepare, analyze, and consolidate MIS reports and dashboards for business decision-making. - Manage reporting cycles including weekly/monthly reports and ensure data accuracy and timeliness. - Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and document minutes with clear action tracking. - Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications: - Preferred nationalities: South Indian (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana); also open to other Asian nationalities - Male, 30–40 years old - Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, business analysis, or executive assistant roles, preferably within construction or manufacturing industries - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Business-related field - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
