MIS Manager

As an MIS Manager, you will be responsible for blueprinting the company’s overall system architecture and ensuring the seamless execution of project plans. The scope of responsibility encompasses hardware, networks, and all internal and external application systems (including ERP, SCM, MES, and E-flow). Additionally, you will lead the ISO 27001 team to verify that internal operations and systems comply with relevant standards, ensuring the successful completion of annual audits to maintain the validity of the certification.

Furthermore, you will be expected to hands-on manage departmental affairs and internal IT personnel, facilitating their professional growth and alignment with future career development paths. You will also facilitate cross-functional and multinational communication, while continuously evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department and lead cross-functional project management initiatives.
• Plan the company's overall system development blueprint and formulate strategic implementation plans.
• Ensure information security compliance across all internal operations and systems in alignment with ISO 27001 standards.
• Facilitate the professional growth of department personnel and assist them in mapping out their future career paths.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that contribute to corporate growth and digital transformation.
• Facilitate effective communication across global branches and multinational departments.
• Effectively evaluate and select long-term vendors, while regularly reviewing pricing rationality, delivery quality, and service satisfaction.
