# MIS Manager / MIS Analyst ## Company Overview [Company overview is not specified.] ## Job Summary The MIS Manager / Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing management information systems (MIS) reports that support key business decisions. This role contributes to the organization’s financial health by providing accurate analyses of financial metrics and maintaining robust reporting processes. ## Responsibilities - Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** to evaluate business performance. - Conduct **financial analysis** and **variance analysis** (Budget vs. Actual, Month-over-Month, Year-over-Year). - Develop **management reports**, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. - Assist in **budgeting, forecasting**, and **business planning** activities. - Monitor and report on key business and financial **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure **accurate and timely reporting**. ## Qualifications - Mandatory **MBA in Finance**. - Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. - Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Charts. - Familiarity with **AI for workflow automation** is an added advantage. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Experience in MIS, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Reporting is required. ## Preferred Skills - Knowledge of financial modeling techniques. - Experience with reporting tools and software. - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ## Experience - **Manager:** 5-7 years of relevant experience. - **Analyst:** 0-3 years of relevant experience. ## Environment This role is located in **Prabhadevi, Mumbai**.
