MIS System Engineer 系統工程師 (宜蘭)

About the job :
As a MIS system engineer, you will be in charge of system maintenance and configuration, which include VMWare, Linux and Window server. Monitoring the server status to ensure the system performance is kept. In the meanwhile, you also will be the main helpdesk contact window for Taipei / Ilan office and help them to resolve their issues via remote connection. You will also need to support infrastructure daily job like system backup, account management and asset management. You also need to support the routine job for ISO 27001 requested, system upgrade and documentation.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001/ISMS) to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to continuously improve control measures and mitigate information security risks.
• Oversee daily IT operations, system monitoring, and troubleshooting while integrating departmental needs to optimize internal information workflows.
• Assist with IT procurement planning, annual budgeting, and information asset inventory management.
• Proactively learn and master emerging technologies to drive and support corporate growth.

作為一名 MIS 系統工程師，您將負責系統的維護與配置，範圍涵蓋 VMWare、Linux 以及 Windows 伺服器。您需持續監控伺服器狀態，以確保系統效能穩定。同時，您將擔任台北與宜蘭辦公室的主要技術支援服務窗口（Helpdesk），透過遠端連線協助同仁排除問題。

此外，您也需支援基礎設施的日常維運，包含系統備份、帳號管理及資產管理；並配合 ISO 27001 的稽核規範執行例行作業、系統升級以及相關技術文件的撰寫。

工作職責：

• 推行與維護資訊安全管理制度（ISO27001／ISMS），落實資訊安全政策，確保系統符合公司內部規範與外部合規要求。
• 執行資安相關評估與風險分析，持續改善資安控管措施，降低資訊安全風險。
• 負責IT系統之日常維運、系統監控與故障排除，整合各部門需求，協助優化內部資訊作業流程。
• 協助資訊設備採購規劃、年度預算編列及資訊資產盤點與管理作業。
• 不斷學習並掌握新的資訊技術以協助公司成長。
