MIS System Support
Responsibilities:
Maintaining, upgrade & supporting MySQL Database and Pos system
Installing and configuring new hardware and software
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is running and stable
Troubleshoot and monitoring software problem
Identify and resolve problems in the production system quickly and completely
Manage and implement security measures to safeguard databases against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure
Training and supervising outlets computer operators
Monitor service stability and performance
Requirements:
1. Certificate or above in computer related fields, or equivalent experience
2. Scripting knowledge advantageous
3. Advanced knowledge of database structures and administration systems
4. Knowledge of network architecture, configuration management is advantage
5. Must have strong grasp of computer security
6. Good communication and documentation skills
7. English written and spoken is an added advantage
8. Fast learner and good organization skills
9. Highly motivated, strong analytical, resourceful and able to work independently
10. Willing to travel and out-of-office hours work may be required occasionally
11. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
