[Job Responsibilities]

◆​​Provide leadership and direction to fulfill contractual commitments and to maximize profits.
◆​Plan and execute the project and manage the specialist functions of site team, and construction via regular reviews of project progress.
◆​Control and coordinate communications with the Client and ensure that the project is completed within overall objectives.
​◆Monitor the interaction of various disciplines and call on specialized knowledge when required.
◆​Understand programming and planning methods.
​◆Excellent client-centric and communication skills.
​◆Have good knowledge of construction progress control procedures.
◆​Have experience of managing all disciplines required for safe and efficient design of the construction site.​

[Preferred Skills and Abilities]

◆​​5-8 year experience or above in Project Management or Construction Management. ​
◆​​Background in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Management/ Project Management or relevant experience
◆​Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus​
◆​​​Good written and verbal communication skills
◆​​Good interpersonal and communication skills
◆​​Excellent planning and organization skills.
◆​​Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
◆​​Proven working experience in construction management or project management
