Mission Support Assistant

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, El Paso Field Office, Border Security Division, located in El Paso, Texas . This position will allow you to perform a variety of general clerical duties and provide administrative support to managers and staff. Typical work assignments include. Coordinating, developing, and disseminating information material to various target audiences. Preparing a variety of recurring and ad hoc budget and accounting reports based on established practice. Coordinating and monitoring the organization's property management and space utilization programs. Assisting with fleet program, incident management, and maintaining basic fleet records and receipts. Coordinating routine maintenance, accountability for use of vehicles, receipt reconciliation usage reports, assists in maintaining compliance including home to work.
