Mission Support Specialist

As an Mission Support Specialist, you will coordinate and perform and wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the office.

The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity.

Provide support to employees, supervisors, and managers in mission support functions such as human resources, occupational health and safety, facilities management, security, procurement, asset management, and travel administration.

Coordinate and monitor a variety of human resources and administrative tasks and projects.

Research and analyze applicable rules, regulations, policies, and guidance surrounding administrative programs.

Analyze administrative information and data to prepare reports, other written materials, and briefings to managers.
