We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-time Service Associate to join our team in Brunn/Gebirge, Austria. As a valued member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or drive-thru
- Prepare and serve ordered products with attention to quality and presentation
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in German; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
