- Manage full-cycle restoration projects from initial mitigation through reconstruction and closeout.
- Perform job site inspections, develop scopes of work, create estimates, and manage budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise mitigation crews, carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, IICRC guidelines, OSHA safety, and insurance requirements.
- Track job progress, documenting labor, materials, change orders, and work authorizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.
- Conduct project scheduling and ensure timely completion of each phase.
- Resolve conflicts, changes, and unforeseen conditions quickly and professionally.
- Perform quality control checks throughout project phases and final walk-throughs with customers.
- Mentor field staff and ensure training and adherence to company best practices.
- Report on project performance, including profitability, timelines, and customer satisfaction, to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in restoration project management (mitigation + reconstruction).
- Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, insurance claim processes, and construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple crews/trades simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software, Xactimate, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred. General contractor’s license or construction background a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, wet/damp environments).
- Extended periods of standing, walking, or driving.
