【Job Responsibilities】

As an intern, you will participate in the process of helping our brand expand into the Malaysia market. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will assist with the following tasks.

1. Market Entry & Administrative Support

Document Preparation
Assist in preparing administrative and operational documents related to entering the Malaysia market and support basic coordination with local partners if necessary.

Business Account Setup
Assist with setting up and managing e-commerce related business accounts, including:
•TikTok Shop
•Shopee Seller Center
•Lazada Seller Center
•Payment and logistics related accounts

Regulatory Research
Assist in researching and compiling regulatory information relevant to selling products in Malaysia, such as:
•NPRA regulations (for health or cosmetic products)
•SIRIM certification (for electronic products)
•Halal related compliance where applicable
•Import and product compliance requirements

This ensures that products meet local regulatory requirements.

2. Logistics & Inventory Assistance

Shipment Tracking

Assist in tracking cross-border shipments and learn how to manage basic import/export documentation, such as:
•Commercial Invoice
•Packing List
•Shipping documentation

Warehouse Coordination
•Assist in monitoring warehouse inventory levels
•Support inventory reports and stock tracking
•Coordinate logistics related to Malaysia order fulfillment

3. E-commerce Operations & Localization

Content Localization

Assist in adapting product information into market-friendly English content suitable for Malaysia consumers, including:
•Product titles
•Product descriptions
•Key selling points
•Product image copy

Store Operations

Assist with daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including:
•TikTok Shop
•Shopee
•Lazada

Tasks may include:
•Product listing setup
•Basic sales data tracking
•Assisting with promotional campaign setup
