About the Role
We are seeking a Senior GCP ML/AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning solutions using Google Cloud technologies. This role focuses on hands-on engineering across Google's ML and AI ecosystem, including Gemini and related GCP AI services.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Python development skills, experience building production ML, Generative AI, or LLM solutions, and the ability to integrate AI systems with enterprise data pipelines. This senior-level position combines technical architecture with direct implementation, code review, troubleshooting, and production delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy production AI and machine learning solutions using Google Cloud technologies
- Develop machine learning, Generative AI, and LLM solutions using Python
- Work with Gemini and related Google Cloud AI services to build and operationalize AI applications
- Develop and maintain model pipelines and LLM workflows
- Integrate AI and machine learning solutions with enterprise data pipelines
- Implement MLOps practices to support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operations
- Review code in GitHub and contribute to code quality and engineering standards
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve technical challenges
- Optimize model performance and production system reliability
- Contribute to technical architecture and engineering decisions
- Work directly on production implementation and delivery
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying production AI and machine learning solutions
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with Google Cloud ML/AI technologies
- Experience building production ML, Generative AI, and/or LLM solutions
- Knowledge of model and LLM pipeline development, MLOps, and production integration
- Experience reviewing code in GitHub and troubleshooting implementations
- Ability to contribute directly to production delivery while working at a senior technical level
Location and Work Arrangement
Remote position with travel required.
Contract Duration
Six-month contract with the possibility of extensions.
Salary and Compensation
Hourly pay range: $40.00–$52.00.
