ML Engineer
Summary
Build and deploy production-grade ML systems using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for enterprise clients.
Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong Python development skills and a solid understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Experience across the machine learning lifecycle, including taking models into production.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure and security.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or similar containerisation and orchestration technologies.
- A good understanding of core machine learning concepts, probability, statistics and common ML techniques.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and deploy production-grade machine learning software, tooling and infrastructure.
- Design reusable and scalable solutions that accelerate the delivery of ML systems.
- Work collaboratively with software engineers, data scientists and commercial stakeholders to solve complex client challenges.
- Lead technical discovery, scoping and architectural decisions.
- Help establish and improve engineering standards and best practices for deploying ML at scale.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and partners, making complex machine learning concepts accessible to a range of stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of secure, reliable and maintainable cloud-based ML platforms.
