KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an ML/Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and integration of machine learning solutions and software applications.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Machine Learning and AI Development: Develop, implement, and support machine learning models and AI-powered applications using appropriate frameworks and programming languages.

• System Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between applications, platforms, and services using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, and other integration technologies.

• Software Development: Write, test, debug, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python, Java, C#, Node.js, or other relevant programming technologies.

• AI Solution Integration: Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into existing systems, business applications, and digital workflows.

• API Development and Management: Support API development, connectivity, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and reliable data exchange across systems.

• Cloud and Infrastructure Support: Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud to support application deployment and integration.

• Containerization and Deployment: Use Docker and Kubernetes to support application packaging, deployment, scalability, and environment consistency.

• CI/CD and Automation: Support continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

• Database Management and Integration: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support data storage, retrieval, processing, and application integration.

• Software Architecture: Apply knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and software architecture to help build scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Testing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues involving applications, APIs, integrations, machine learning components, and system performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with software engineers, data professionals, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, machine learning practices, integration frameworks, and software engineering standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in AI, machine learning, and software integration.

Educational Background and Experience

• Graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, with at least 2 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in healthcare BPO/CPO, payer, provider, or health technology environments.

• Approximately 3–8 years of experience in software development, machine learning engineering, AI integration, or related technical roles.

• Relevant experience in AI development, machine learning implementation, software engineering, or system integration.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or Node.js.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Working knowledge of AI development concepts, tools, and implementation practices.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and application integration.
